Summary

We collect a minimal set of anonymous analytics to improve the extension.
We do not collect login credentials, email addresses, or full browsing history. For details see below.

Data we collect

Anonymous client identifier (a random UUID stored locally) to identify separate installs.
Event data (feature usage like button clicks, error codes, usage counts). No URLs with query strings, no auth tokens.
Crash/error reports limited to anonymous error codes and non-identifying stack context.

How we use the data

We use analytics to understand feature usage, diagnose crashes, and prioritize improvements. Data is aggregated and used for product analytics.

Third parties

We send aggregated analytics to Google Analytics (GA4) for analysis. See provider privacy policies for their handling of data.

Data retention

We retain analytics data for 12 months unless you request deletion.

Opt-out and deletion

You can disable analytics in the extension settings: Settings → Analytics → Off.
To request deletion of stored data, contact us at [email protected] and include your client ID if available.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the Effective Date above.
